Terms and conditions

These terms govern the use of jr-bim.com, the client portal and the plugins and services we offer. By creating an account or buying a license you accept what is described here. If something does not work for you, write to jaidenrincon.jr.bim@gmail.com before buying.

You need an account to buy, download and manage your licenses. The details you register must be real and current. You are responsible for your password and for what happens with your account; if you suspect someone else got in, change your password — that closes open sessions — and let us know.

Buying does not give you ownership of the software: it gives you the right to use it under the conditions of the plan you purchased.

• The license is personal and non-transferable unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• Each license allows a set number of activations. On activation, the plugin records a machine identifier to honour that limit.
• The term starts at first activation, not on the purchase date.
• Reselling, renting, decompiling or modifying the software, or circumventing the licensing system, is not allowed.

We may suspend a license if we detect use that breaches these conditions, giving you notice whenever possible.

Prices appear on each product page in Colombian pesos (COP). The amount charged is the one shown for the chosen plan at the time of purchase, and covers the period stated there.

Payment is processed through Wompi. Once complete you will receive the confirmation, the invoice and access to your license by email. If payment is not approved, the order has no effect and no license is issued.

Delivery is immediate and digital: as soon as payment is approved, the license is available in your client portal along with the installer. While the license is valid you can download the versions we publish for that product.

If the product does not work as described and we cannot fix it, we refund you. Write to us describing the problem and we will look for a solution first.

If you are a consumer, you also have the rights granted by the Colombian Consumer Statute. To exercise them, write to jaidenrincon.jr.bim@gmail.com.

The software, the JR BIM brand, and the site's text, images and documentation are ours or used with permission. Your license transfers none of those rights. The models and projects you create using our plugins are yours: we claim nothing over your work.

You may not use the site or the plugins for unlawful activity, attempt to access other people's accounts, run penetration tests without authorisation, or interfere with the operation of the service.

Our plugins automate tasks inside Revit, but reviewing the result remains yours: always work on a copy and check the model before signing it off. We are not liable for losses arising from not reviewing the result, from use contrary to these conditions, or from failures outside our service.

Nothing written here limits liability that the law does not allow to be excluded.

Support is provided through tickets in the client portal and by email. We work Colombian business hours and aim to reply as soon as possible.

We may update these terms. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its date. If a change affects licenses already purchased, we will tell you by email.

These terms are governed by Colombian law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Colombia.
